Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for your interest for an in-person class at Studio NOHA. Each class is intentionally kept small to provide personalized instruction, and your reservation secures a limited seat that cannot always be filled on short notice. Because significant preparation, materials, and scheduling take place well before class begins, the following policy helps ensure that classes remain sustainable while still offering flexibility when possible.

Cancellations

  • 30 or more days before the class start date: You will receive a full refund of your tuition minus a 10% processing .

  • 15–29 days before the class start date: Tuition is non-refundable. You may transfer your registration one time to another available class date, subject to availability.

  • 14 days or fewer before the class start date: No refunds or transfers will be provided.

One-Time Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred to another scheduled class one time only. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, your registration will be forfeited and a new class registration will be required.

If Your Spot Can Be Filled

If you cancel after the refund period and your seat is filled by another paying student, I may, at my discretion, offer either a refund (less any applicable processing fees) or apply your tuition as a credit toward a future class.

Instructor Cancellation

If I must cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer to another available class date — the one time transfer policy still applies.
